I LOVE COSTCO!!!!
and i don't have to explain why...I think you are all know the reason,
we can got a lot of nice stuff with bargain price ;D

and this time, I'm talking about another beauty product...hmmm....it's Stila!
the lipgloss set of 8, it looks like this at Sephora's site and it retail price for $25
This set contains four bestsellers:
- Starfruit (neutral pink with subtle white pearl)
- Kitten (caramel with golden pearl)
- Cranberry (deep red)
- Blackberry (deep warm red brown)

four brand new:
- Marmalade (sheer peach with pink and white pearl )
- Pinkle Twinkle (sheer pink with pink and multicolor sparkle)
- Plum Fairy (sheer plum with pink pearl)
- Candy (sheer pinky coral with subtle rainbow sparkle)

surprise...surprise...i got the exactly same set from Costco for...$16.99 ;D
a slightly different in packaging, but it's exactly the same size and colors...check it out!

MAC Baroque Boudoir

I realize that i haven't post any beauty related entry for a while,
and for you that follow my blog for the beauty content,
here's my latest update on MAC's 2009 holiday collection, Baroque Bourdoir

I have to say that this collection is the prettiest among all other MAC collection that I ever had until now. even the boxes are so mesmerizing
unlike the traditional solid black plastic container,
the lipstick container from this collection were made out of engraved silver metal
lipstick in,
*Treasured: Creamy warm nude beige (Cremesheen)
*Baroque Boudoir: Creamy dark plum (Cremesheen)

the lipglosses were even prettier than the lipsticks!!
*The Lap of Luxury: Sheer baby pink with white & pink pearl (Frost)
*D'nouveau: Sheer dusty rose with light pink pearl (Frost)
the real color looks different from their official picture. much prettier.

then i tried to swatched it on my hand, but the lighting made it look so yellow...
the l/g is the same size with MAC Dazzleglas & Cremesheen

My First Jill Stuart Haul

During my trip to Taiwan,
I was so excited to found Jill Stuart counter at Sogo,
been wanting to get them for a long long time,
so princessy, sparkly and pretty :))
rumor has it that Jill Stuart will open their first counter in US soon,
will be at NYC

the first time i took picture of them in TW, the lighting was horrible,

2009.07.19 Haul from My Sister

this post is going to be a beauty related post,
i haven't really blog anything about beauty lately, so this is it,
some update and haul for my youtube subscriber ;)

first of all, some update from my eyelash growth,
i started using the Enormous Lash on June 12th,
this is my 5th weeks already. i have to be honest that i did not apply it as often as i should,
sometimes i forget to apply it for several days ;p
but I can see significant different on the length of my lower lash,
it used to be really short (those short thin Asian lashes...>,<), but now it's long, no kidding! i tried to take picture here, but the picture does no do justice to the real length the upper lash, off course, was falsie ;p

I got some skincare from Laneige Star White line, i think this product will be discontinue, since the Korean website already remove this line from its website, and change it with the White Plus Renew, but i want to try the Star White anyway ;)
really excited to try this, hopefully it will helps with my sun-spots

2009.06.04 Birthday Dessert & more

After hubby and I finished dinner,
my sweet sweet friend Vanessa came to our place,
she just got a new car, congratulation Vannnn ;D

while hubby and Vanessa checking out her new car,
my hubby mention that he saw a new ice cream place that looks good,
he said that when he passed it by, the queue line for the ice cream was so long,
so we decide to try it ;)
it's at Capitol Hill, next to the Century Ballroom

and it's home made ice cream!! i love home made food ~

it was a small ice cream shop, there was 3 people who serve the ice cream, 1 cashier and 1 girl who made the waffle cone,
this store have a very casual and warm vibes
































she was the one who help me with my ice cream, so cute ;D
















the flavors, i got vivace coffee & maple walnut, so gooooooooooddddddddd!!!

i love the combination of metallic purple quilt and the gold key accent
hubby was asking if it was Vera Wang / Anna Sui...just because it was purple...LOL





















and the inside too, so pretty so wearable, thank you Vanessaaaaaaa!!! ;D
totally loving this new palette, but the brush holder was very tricky!!
once i pull out the brush, it's impossible to put it back again, duh! ;p
but the brush are soft & fluffy...niceeee ~
